Wat does the Soapbar mean in the Small Happiness menu, which is not shown in the bigger Happiness menu. Soap is in stock plenty.
I noticed the same thing with my town, soapbar had low happiness yet the village had over 100 soap bars in storage.
+1 to wondering what it means.
EDIT: Actually just thinking, it could possibly be because waste is building up in homes. I’d have to check for confirmation tho.
Waste seems to be another problem;
An info layer for waste would be nice though.
Moved my waste stations closer to the city and spread them to all sides of the city and got here 
~ Maybe that also explained the mass abandonments on that part of the city, but then the UI has a very bad way of informing the player of this fact.
It’s Cleanliness (you can mouse over the icons on the smaller panel to see).
Cleanliness is rated by the amount of homes that have soap and is negatively impacted by excessive waste in homes. Sometimes it is a supply issue with soap, so you can look at any Storehouses/Warehouses that are far from your city centre/markets and uncheck soap. You can also ry building more Compost Yards (one or two) if it’s a waste issue, which you can check by clicking on your homes and looking if there’s in poop in the storage…
I’ve reported the UI issue already, since Cleanliness should be on the larger panel.

You’re spot on. It’s both accessibility to soap and waste management.
I’ve had supply issues where I’ve had over 200 bars of soap but most houses were without. Making sure the Storehouses/Warehouses near my markets were the only ones stocking soap helped a lot.

Just give the markets access to stone roads and wagons and things go more smooth. My storage is not very near but it functions well. 100% of my houses are in market range.
