Questions about skills and damage modifiers

Hello everyone, I’ve got a few question about gear that change skills and damage type and how do they interract with each other. I have a funny build in mind (note the “funny” part) based around battlecry and eye of reckoning. But, for to really shine, I must know things…

Do gear that add damage on top of skills stack with one another ? In other words : does dual wielding a Mythical Warborn Gavel will add twice the damage to war cry ?

Another question is how damage % affect one another ?
If I have a 100% damage conversion, does the converted damage still benefits from gear that gives +damage% ?
Another more tricky question, if I have multiple 100% damage conversion applied on the same damage type, how would the game sort it out ?

Flat bonuses to skills stack.
Bonuses that apply as a negative to targets, like resistance reduction, usually don’t. (See threads on resist reduction)

In short:
More than 100% conversion means calculating the relative values - 100% phys to fire and 100% phys to lightning means half goes to fire, half goes to lightning.
% damage increases to the type the damage is converted to will apply to it, increases to the type it is converted from, won’t.
