Questions on Oathkeeper skills

Dear Sirs and Madams,

  1. Does Guardian of Empyrion has the same OA as the player char or is there any modifier? If I use a temporary buff to AO, does a Guardian’s AO increase the same way?
  2. Is Safeguard’s flat damage added to both off-hand and main hand damage?
  3. Does Crushing Verdict affect enemies invulnerable to knock down?
  4. How does Soulfire actually spawn? How often, for how long and in what max numbers?
  5. What are specific maths for “retaliation damage added”? How does it interact with various variables, including skill damage multipliers?
  6. Does “healing effects multiplier” affect regeneration and life leech?
  7. Is Crushing Verdict’s debuff applied via Heart of Wrath?
  8. What is Eye of Reckoning moving speed? Does it depend on the Char speed?
  9. Does EoR deal damage while moving with mobility skills?

Thank you for your wisdom.

  1. yes just as any other source of flat damage
  2. No
  3. Yes

IIRC it is affect only by “increased retaliation damage” modifiers and nothing else.

It affects life leech (“attack damage converted to health”). It does NOT affect regeneration. This is stated clearly in the mouse-over tooltip in the stats screen if you hover your mouse over the part that shows your increased healing %.

1 - Uses the player’s OA like an player scaled pet, so yes.

2 - Yes.

3 - Yes.

4 - It will start spawning in what i assume set intervals. It’s a skill akin to Lethal Assault, where it’s procced by the base skill but it’s own skill.

5 - Total damage penalty and increase doesn’t affect retaliation to attack. Retaliation to attack also uses % retaliation damage and not regular % damage.

6 - No for the former, yes for the latter.

  1. Player scaled pet share the players OA.

  2. Haven’t used it yet, but my understanding of the skill template is that every hit you make will spawn one soulfire projectile. There’s a 0.2 sec period between projectile spawns, and each projectile can last 2.6 seconds. With the duration and period known, seems like you can never have more than 13 projectiles out.

  4. It doesn’t affect health regen. Life leech and heals (% health restored) only.
