I have 2 quests that I think they have a bug or something ! Please Help !
1.We need food - Speak to Douglas in Homestead
I go to him, and there is a grey question mark on his head, and a yellow star on my map. But all I can do is ask him 3 questions or leave, nothing else.
2.Vengeance - Deal with Isaiah Reddan
From what I read he spawns in Arkovian Foothills - but no where to be found !
What should I do ?

Read your quest log in the Codex as he told you what needs doing first time (indicated by the grey icon), but you might have clicked past it without reading it, also see what the star is indicating and what you have to do there
The guy that gives you the quest is lying on the edge of a road, follow that road onwards (left in default view) and a short distance is a wagon with Reddan, speak to him and and make your choice.

And from where I got the quest until bridge, and I did all map after, there is no Isaiah…
Also here is what the guy that sent me to get food still says !
I want to put out there that I have done all quests, on all diff levels, and just finished Ashes of Malmouth on Ultimate.
The We Need Food quest is a quest from start of story…wtf ?
What’s your reputation level with Homestead? IIRC, you need to be Honored with them. After getting this reputation level you can speak to Douglas and finish this quest.
