Do wps with %weapon damage stack bleed separately or only the highest applies?
For example, i have 100 points of bleed, Belgothian shears does 140% and Amarasta quick cut 100%, if both trigger do i get 100+140 bleed or only 140?
highest WD source will count, but you still get the native bleed on quick cuts

By “native” you mean all the global flat bleed provided by things like rings, amulet, devotions? and only the bleed provided by the weapon stats will count for the highest wps?
other way around
global flat bleeds, rings, buffs, devos etc are WD bleed,
by native i mean the ones direct on the skill/natively part of the attack listed on the skill tree tooltip (even if it had no WD)
*aaand i’m just realizing it’s whirling death that has native bleed, you need an item with skill modifier to get native bleed on AQC
