Made Cold Eor with supporting items. The build is semi-playable but a total joke compared to Cyclone.
Somehow cold’s tooltip is much lower than i remember - it’s 26-28k while Cyclone is sitting at 28-39k which is a 25% difference. With the same %dmg. Looking at the calcs i have no idea where the difference is coming from.
Aside from being low on tooltip, cold eor is much lower tankiness, doesn’t have any of that 4 * 22/12 maelstorm luxury, runs out of energy and leechs like sh1t.
Suggestions: double regen on the shield, add leech mod for it and add 120 flat (if it will be added to eor tooltip). Lower hp bonus and add like 15% armor. Chillheart is also an item somewhat lagging behind in past years. Maybe 80 da to it?
