Quick question about Tenacity of the Boar passive

Hi guys,

Currently playing a Warder. My question is does the Tenacity of the Boar passive attched to the Savagery skill give bonuses as a whole to your character or just when using the Savagery skill?

Thanks

I’m pretty sure it’s just while you have the “savagery” buff up. The one that also increases your overall damage. It’d be easy to test out though, put a point into it and look at your character sheet, if it’s not different then I’m likely correct. You can then go hit a training dummy and see if it changes just to be sure. If you don’t like the results, go spec out of it.

Yes, it only applies when you have at least one Savagery charge up.

it also doesn’t scale up with savagery, although savagery tooltip kinda implies that it would. It doesn’t scale up with your % to offensive and % to defensive bonuses so all in all, it’s a skill that should be probably avoided because it’s terrible. Come to think of it, nothing linked to savagery scales up with it, not even savagery bonuses themselves save for weapon damage part. Seems it;s too hard to make that tool tip say “weapon damage from this skill scales up by:” Instead of what it says now.

edit: I am sorry for bringing this thread up. But I do think it’s something that could be addressed. And should be addressed.
