if i had to guess, since there is no mention of Radaggan changes, it just means you still use the build as is/radaggan probably still has its RR modifier,
it’s just now you get 100%/direct conversion and fx change as before, while then combining the RR into the same skill instead of spreading it over two different, (so there is no change to non radaggan leafmane builds while not being a nerf to radaggan leafmane)
*would have to see next week when changes go out to confirm ofc
