Shooting things is fun, and Inquisitor is really good, but I don’t like having to stand in inquisitor seal all the time. What are the strongest ranged attacking builds that don’t use Inquisitor at all?

Actually, the vast majority of ranged builds still have inquisitor - like Paladins, Vindicators or Purifiers - as it gives good support and ranged WPS.
Other options are either Defiler (can PM you with aether FS link but it’s overall worse than vitality), or Pyromancer.

Energy regen is a bit of a problem tho trying to fix
Hellborne shieldbreaker might be the best.
There is Darkblaze pyromancer.
There are ranged ABB witch hunters (with Ugdenbog Bilelauncher).
There’s Dreadscorcher or Vortex of Souls defilers.
Yeah, I liked the Darkblaze set a lot, but I wasn’t sure if I could make it something besides a glass cannon. I tend to lean more towards defensive builds.

Thank you I am still trying to fine tune it, as is it has lots of energy problems it actually degens your energy by 1 second right now

It’s quite tanky, can push up to SR80 and features piercing through enemies with every shot.
