Rata DEE includes Vile Eruption

Do the RATA item skill modifiers for DEE (Ronaprax and Basilisk Medal) only apply to the main skill or also to the other mods, especially the fragments (Vile Eruption).
My assumption is the former, hence we see no real RATA DEE in this forum, amiright?

vile eruption is a secondary effect mechanic, which are not affected by skill modifiers nor direct conversion, so no rata applied indeed
