I think it could be improved, skills-wise (I didn’t look at devotions).
You need at least a single point in Blade Barrier - it will save your char’s life more than once.
I see you maxed both Bone Harvest and Amarasta’s Blade Burst. Bone Harvest is essential for your build, but if you want to go for both Vitality and Cold, I think you’re better off with investing in Shadow Strike (Nightfall has flat Vitality Decay damage), and Anatomy of Murder, which boosts Vitality, Vitality Decay and Cunning, then ABB.
EDIT: Dude, you certainly do not need so many points in Phantasmal Armor. My advice: drop Phantasmal Armor, drop ABB, drop Siphon of Souls. Boost Blade Barrier, Shadow Strike and Anatomy of Murder.
guess it could work. devotion tree is a bit of a mess. with such a huge focus on life steal, rattosh would seem pretty mandatory (afaik that’s the only devotion that actually reduces life leech resistance). you somehow managed to skip all resistance reduction stuff. not good.
also, overcapping ABB is probably not a good idea. it’s a decent skill with a 2H, but i’d put less points into it. its scaling at ultimate levels looks pretty weak.
currently playing a build that is somewhat similar. after playing it theough vet and elite and about halfway through ultimate, i’ve got to say that it’s really more of a cold build. i kinda wanted to combine cold/vit, but vit really just plays a minor role overall, so you should probably use more items with cold modifiers. main damage source will be bone harvest and i think the damage breakdown for it is something like 40-45k cold, 10k vit and a few tousand acid, aether, frostburn and decay each (about 70k in total). and taht will only shift more in the direction of cold when i get my hands on mythical stuff (mythical soulrend alone adds about 200% more cold damage bonus thatn the normal one i’m using now, for example). so imo it makes more sense to focus stronger on cold.
here’s my build (just arrived in fort icon on ultimate, will probably finish campaign tomorrow):
You don’t like pets much, eh? I think about Rattosh with Skeletons + Blight Fiend, but Idk how strong (or weak) they are on high levels.
P. S. I play new GD second day and trying to experiment with Reaper. Cool combo, I think.
i don’t mind pets in a dedicated pet build, but they are a waste of skilpoints if you don’t use gear with pet bonuses. guess such a hybrid build would still do reasonably well on normal or veteran difficulty, but later on, pets without gear support will get killed faster than you can resummon them.
