I searched through the forums but I just want to ask again to make sure.
If a target with reflect gets crit, does it “crit” back? Not an actual crit but just since it took more damage.

Reflect is not an attack, so it won’t.
Reflect will have you take the damage, or a percent of the damage, that you did to the target. If you crit, you will have done more damage to the target, and as a result, you’ll take more damage from the target.
Yeah it’s actually a question of % of your damage. So whatever damage you do, a crit or not, it will reflect you a % of the damage that you just did. So it will “crit” you back as well if you do a crit because it will takes a % of the damage of your crit.
For a pure example: 10% reflect
Normal basic attack of 10 000 damage, 1 000 reflected to you
Crit basic attack of 20 000 damage, 2 000 reflected as well.
I think the question was about reflect being able to crit by itself, and since AFAIK it doesn’t do OA/DA check, it won’t crit.
It was probably intended, but then Crate made reflect even more annoying compared to d2, so I’d say it’s a missed opportunity to punish SCRUBS even more with reflect crits.
No, that is most definitly not what was asked if you read the question.
To Delsar you are correct if you crit a reflect enemy it’ll hurt, alot. Things that don’t seem to influence reflect though: targets current resistances, targets dmg absorption (both flat ie shield and % such as mirror).
Thanks for your answers guys. And to be honest, I was wondering just because of Fevered Rage for a reflect based char. It’s a nice skill anyway for making stuff kill itself faster, but if I happen to get crit because of the whopping 25% OA bonus, at least it’ll still kill itself faster
