Can the Elemental Force proc on this Legendary ring be replaced with the proc of the same name from the Ruby & Sapphire of Elemental Balance. I remember I was using the Epic rings and was very excited to get the Reign ring just to find that the proc was different and much worse. It lasts far shorter and often collides with terrain and disappears before doing anything.

Edit: Didn’t realize the base and League set was different. I think both the set and Reign should be like League, but that seems unlikely.

Both procs collide with terrain, that won’t change much.

Hm, I did use this set while playing in the League so maybe they changed it? I remember the Epic Set proc being much better.

Rose coloured glasses, probably. This proc got nerfed a long time ago, it’s been blocked by terrain for years.

Yeah, I just tested it in Base. It seems they buffed it in League. Was way better, not stopped by terrain and lasted far longer. New request: Make the set and Reign like League lol
