Requires a slight reduction (-15% to -20%).
Twin Falls
The wasp spawn north of Twin Falls (approximately -20% to -30%) requires a medium reduction. This is likely the highest spawn density I have ever seen in an ARPG. We had a crash at the wasp spawn but we are not sure if it is related to the mob density and do not believe so, but merely believe it was just a coincidence that both fell together.
…what is fun about this(how are melee supposed to survive it without cheese)? Especially on Veteran…
Also bosses such as Vlith(or what’s his name-the Naga underneath DC) spawn at around 3-4 per run. I’m actually fine with Lieutenants being there, but 4x Vlith makes NO sense. Bug?
If I’d like just one thing from Grimmest applied to the base game, it’d probably be level scaling. Or (mini)Boss + Lieutenants, both are fantastic ideas actually.
Have to second this. I just returned to S-mode (DAIL) after a 9 months hiatus and the game engine hit the 3.5gb limit in Undercity, stopped responding. This would only happen if I didn’t restart the game after clearing SoT in the old S-mode.
From where to where exactly did you run in one session when you hit the 3.5 limit?
Four Hills -> Cronleys Hideout -> Twin Falls ->Undercity. It happened after I reached the exit to Broken Hills, went out to get the rift and went back into Undercity again. Didn’t get far in Undercity itself - but I assume it’s due to the insane density of undead there in the new grimmest version.
In the old S-mode I could do two acts in one session without reaching the limit. Only time it’d hit 3.5gb was with SoT involved.
Edit: Started a new session. Cleared Undercity, exited to Broken Hills and memory usage is at 3.3gb!
Well, that is quite a bit of rifts in there. I typically restart the game if I were ever to get that long of a play session.
I will run a toon through there again and see, but if you really like to play in Grimmest, it is required that you watch your pc to prevent it from melting. I would rather melt hardware than run around in an empty world.
Yes, but something did change since I last played in S-mode since I was only ever reaching the engine limit with SoT. I could play for 6 hours straight and it wouldn’t reach 3.5gb (sans SoT).
My first impression now was that there were a lot more mobs in certain areas, especially undercity where it reached the limit almost twice now.
Edit: Aetherial obelisks still broken like I reported early this year I just had 6 of them spawn around 60 zombies on the screen in one go!
Also experienced some random freezes in areas with lots of enemies, ram usage below 3gb. This happened very rarely when I played before - perhaps it’s also tied to too many spawns in the new version?
Freezing is happening more often with lots and lots of mobs present in an area - RAM usage 100-300mb below 3gb.
Will you consider going back to the amount of spawns grimmest had before?

To explain, before, I just made sure that the mod worked. Now, I have re-made the mod using the latest version of the dbrs. This way, things like enhanced skele move speed actually will work in the mod. Before, the mod-dbrs were old and did not get the 1.0.0.7 enhancements.
How do i get my main stash in grimmest game cant figure it out
Is there a way to consolidate your crafting skills?
I’ve got recipes in the normal game now that I can’t see while running the mod, and all the recipes I’ve found in the mod don’t show up outside of it.
This makes crafting kind of annoying due to having to swap back and forth all the time, especially for the Relics.
This is simply how mods work…

Lots of changes…but Hidden Path got some extra spawns and more x3+ spawns were modified to be more diverse and less just xN of the same boss (unless you are farming the area at high levels or in Elite or Ultimate).
I did 3 quick run Hidden Path at Elite, its got some result:
Guardian of Dreeg: work fine, just 1 time spaw 2 same boss
Solael: hes not spawns all 3 time, just spawn bosses
Guardian of Bysmiel: same as Solael, he just spawn 1 time
Mad queen: she spawns 2 time and bosses around her all name: Tag not found (read name like Nemesis bosses)
Ok, looked into this and the only thing that makes sense is the missing tags.
You mean you ran the Hidden path areas 3 times and GoD spawned each time, but one of those times spawned x2 ? Were there any bonerat heroes? GoS never spawned, but you did have hero raptors? and GoB spawned 1 of 3 times, any manticores?
I have made some minor adjustments, but depending on what your report is trying to tell me, I do not think I have everything fixed just yet. Can you elaborate a bit on what you did and what you encountered, please?
