I need some Black Legion rep. Do I gain the same amount for bounties in Elite as I would in Ultimate? Trying to make things a little less stressful so I can grab some augments.

You can find every useful information according to your question there.
It tells you which enemies to kill for increase reputation, and bounty quest from the table at Fort Ikon can help you a lot.
Good question… I never noticed a difference in the amount of rep gained, but I didn’t track it by the numbers. Definitely worth getting to Revered for the armor augments though. If you reload the game, their are a few that are pretty quick, like the Cthonic Devourers. It’s also a short run to Mogra. Good luck!
