need anyone create mod increased champion & hero monster

Both Grimarillion and Dawn of Masteries mods have options where you can increase mob/hero densities.
i know and i try but i need spawn rate hero enemies same type in the map
i mean the same type hero enemies in the area not random type like that mod
You’ll have better luck if you learn how to mod it yourself, no one is gonna do the work for you if you have a specific need.
I have tried to learn about making mods, but I don’t understand it or maybe I’m not good at it
