I’m on hardcore Act IV in elite and I collected the resources and couldn’t hand them in. I tried dropping them on the floor and picking them up again, the quest giver remained with a silver question mark and wouldn’t let me hand in.
So I dropped the item and restarted another game, did the quest again and still wouldn’t let me hand in. I’m a little annoyed and am now requesting if there’s anyone out there on the same quest, that’ll allow me to join them in multiplayer and hand the quest in, so that I can get this quest done and continue with the character.
Or, alternatively, if someone else has run into the same problem and knows a way around this, would appreciate it.
You can hand them in in Homestead as well, this gives you Homestead rep instead of Black Legion rep. You can try if the person you hand it to is bugged as well.
Other than that, it’s no big deal if you miss out on that quest, it’s a little experience and rep, but nothing worth fussing about.
Okay, that makes sense. No bug, because you don’t need to hand in the explosives you get from Commander Lucius, you need to use them to bomb open the blocked path yourself. It even says so in your quest log
