Do you have a more classic way of placing buildings in residential areas, I am conceiving an attractive area average method, and at present my house is always unable to upgrade the periphery

Just a note: since they increased the capacity of the High Tier Housing, any one of these âneighborhoodsâ would at Tier 4 Housing hold about 500 people, so just two of them would max out the game as it stands now.
The âMarket Centerâ with Market, School, Healer and a Desirability Enhancer (shrine, statue, park, etc) is a good basis for almost any layout you come up with, though. Iâm not organized enough to put together beautifully compact neighborhoods like these, but Iâve used that kind of Market Center in almost all my villages.
