Im running a Savagery-based lightning conjurer build with Ultos set. Lots of crits (~3100 OA with procs), tons of dmg and good survivability makes him my favorite character. But i got a tons of resistance reduction and one day i wondered - do they even stack?
I got Manticore devotion Acid spray bound on Savagery
Widow devotion Arcane bomb bound on Curse of Frailty
and im also running Judicator’s rings set with ability 10% Reduced target’s Resistance For 2 Seconds, Viper devotion and Black star of Deceit.
What do you think of it? Thank in advance for any replies.
Acid Spray will not stack with Black Star of Deceit’s proc. Viper will override the Judicator ring on the elemental side. The rest is fine. If you are running Acid Spray, you should drop Black Star of Deceit. Since your damage is mainly lightning you can drop the Judicator ring.
I think that i should drop Manticore instead of Black star of deceit - that medal is providing me with needed resistances, IAS, skills and procs on every crit instead of 15% chance on attack. Lowering armor feature of Acid spray is also not needed - i got tons of crits. So what kind of devotion do i need to be bound to Savagery? And maybe some ideas for replacing rings? I got all resistances maxed out except for stun resistance.
You should be able to replace Acid Spray with Elemental Storm from Rhowans. They both give the same type of resist reduction, that is flat reduction. The only difference being elemental storm only gives n reduced elemental resistance vs n reduced resistance on acid spray, but that should be fine for your build.
Alternatively if you’re just looking for a devotion skill to proc in general, perhaps consider Tempest if you aren’t using it already. Seeing as how you have high crit chance, it should be almost always up.
