As you can see in the photos, the bonus for item “Bloodsworn Scepter” is not showing.
slot the skill to LMB or RMB then check char sheet page 2 up top
(what you’re seeing is a normal limitation/issue of the tooltip system in skill tress)

Now I understand what you really mean. When you point the mouse at the skill on page 2, it only shows vitality and chaos damage. Therefore, the conversion occurred correctly.
