Has skill spectral wrath changed? Because I don’t see the debuff on the target that reduces resistance, only when I attack melee.

problem solved.
The issue is that I reduced the quality of the graphics
So, it was no longer showing the effects of this skill
looks like it works perfectly normal to me
easy control test, disable other when hit procs, items devos other class skills
go near archers/ranged group enemies, see it trigger easily with no other interfering procs or effects
It’s not happening like in your images.
It used to be like this, just like your images, which is why I found it strange.
I started playing and this is no longer happening, the debuff still appears on the target’s life bar when I attack melee.
Could it be some of these new target view settings?

i’ve no idea what’s going on in your screenshots
without seeing your exact setting i wouldn’t know what to try and “replicate”, all i can tell is it works normally like it always has “assuming everything else in your game is normal”
maybe you’re using a mod and don’t realize?
