Only the chevrons we’re visible for some resources, not displaying the icons for the resources themselves, and were not able to be clicked. This seemed to have happened right around when I exhausted a coal mine if that helps or matters. I had already dismantled the coal mines (I had 3 mines over one seam), and I’m not exactly sure when the icons disappeared as I was coming back to the PC after a pause when I noticed it. An exit and reload later, the icons we’re visible again.

Try hitting the F4 key to see if they reappear.
