I do not know whether this is kind of bug but after attack, some fences were destroyed. Deers get in. I restored the fences and Deers stayed on crop field(kind of trapped) there like for 5 years. I tried to freak them out with villagers approaching them but deers did not manage to find the fence gate which was actually billed there…
I set the hunting area for hunters on crop field but they kind of did not shoot for deer behind the fence…
I got a lot of damage on crops during that 5 years 
Not a bug, deer can’t go through fence gates. You need to knock a piece of fencing out so they can escape.
thank you for your advice, so risking to get more deers in, right ? While some worker will come and build the new fence
If you have an army you can drop the battle flag inside the fenced in area and push the deer out of one cleared fence. Then keep the army there until that fence segment is rebuilt.

It would be great , at least , to have the guy from lookout tower commanded to kill the deer. For such rare scenarios like I had.
Just tried now, worker from hunter cabin can be commanded to kill the dear in particular.
Yep, or just select a villager and have them stand around near the gap to keep the deer out until the fence is repaired. If you proritise the repair the builders should get to it very quickly in v0.8.0.
You can just select a hunter and right click on the deer to fix them, pretty sure.
