Retaliation Damage Scaling (perdition set)

I have a simple question to make sure I do not go down the wrong path for my new dude. Does retaliation damage scale with player damage bonuses from like Merciless Repertoire, or only from Retaliation bonuses like Oak Skin?

I’m pretty sure there’s a modifier for retalitation itself. Like one from Akrivix Scale. +40% Retalitation Damage or smh.

That is correct. Retaliation only scales by +%retaliation damage.
