So I played A LOT back when the game was in early access and when it just released. I pretty much played every combination of class and burnt myself out of it I guess. I’ve not really played since. I had a go at the crucible but I prefer going through a story line than the whole “just keep killing waves of monsters”.
Still, I really did enjoy the game and wouldn’t mind playing around in it again. Would anyone be able to update me on anything that may have changed since release on the sort of “main game” and maybe somebody could tell me more about the crucible.
Are there any builds which “died” due to balance issues? I only ask as if there is, it’s likely I have that on one of my old characters, so it gives me an opportunity to “remake” the same class combination, but with different skills.
What’s farming for legendary/set items like? This is one thing I never really did. I was too busy re-rolling, making new builds.
Any other useful information for a returning player who’s not played since like a month? after release would be appreciated. I really enjoyed my time playing this game and i’d like to get back into it. The game got me wanting to play titan quest, which I tried, but titan quest just makes me want to play Grim Dawn more!
Edit: I also played before there were any mods so I’m open to suggestions of any good ones. I’m not interested in having a mod that makes my character “god like” or a really overpowered new class or something.
