I’ve got revered status at Homestead and Black Legion. Which of the others are worth getting revered status for?

For Black Legion I got a +50% bonus, I’ve no idea how. Can you get these kind of bonuses for the other factions?

at honored you can buy writs that gives +50% rep bonus

basically all are worth getting revered with for their augments.

malmouth faction also sells experience potions at revered

So I bought a writ from Kymons but I still have 14868 out of 25000, it made no difference. How comes?

The writ does not give you reputation, it only increases the rate at wich you collect reputation. By 50%, like malawiglenn said.
To gain reputation you have to kill the enemy mobs of each faction (In Kymons case Order of Deaths Vigil) and you can do bountys.
