Hey fellas. Two questions .

  1. I already have one ring Ring of the Black Matriarch, if i get the second one will venom debuff from two rings stack ?
  2. Currently playing two-hand cadence build (commando) with 2 parts of warborn set and two-hand mace Officers of Alacrity, sitting on 160 as (will link my build shortly). The question, is it worth going dw instead of 2-hand build?

The debuff from ring of the black matriarch shouldn’t stack. Much like how you can’t double stack curse of frailty.

The other question is much harder without very specific gear setups for both being considered. Also don’t rule out one hander + shield, as long as you devote/spec offensively it can pretty easily keep up with DW or two hander as the shield gives you a ton of defense while 1h/shield still works great with Cadence.

While -%resistance stacks with itself (and is the only type of debuff that does so), It has to be from different sources to stack. It may be two rings but it’s the same “source/curse”. It’s like casting Curse of Frailty over itself, it won’t stack.

As for your build. I am guessing you want to choose between Ceno’s DW commando and twhanded. For pure damage, full warborn with sigebreaker shield will give you best damage output and good tankiness (20% phys resist from the shield alone).

If you go DW, you might have to compensate for lack of defense if you do crucible. You’ll notice Ceno’s build des not have Oleron devotion and went more defensive. Same would o for twohanded. If you go Kraken/Oleron you will have very few spare points for defensive stuff. Turtle and Scales + big investment in menhir’s will maybe. You will have to try and see.

So sword and board is the way to go? Wasnt thinking about it at all to be honest.
With a 2 hander my dps i ok, but I have feeling it isnt that good as it should be. I am not tanky as a warder, so I keep seeing my hp bar going down and up almost all the time, and my hp reg isnt great.

Is it better to go Ring of the Black Matriarch and open hand of mercy then 2x Ring of the black Matriarch?[/LEFT]

Black Matriarch all the way. Resistanfe debuff is huge deal + 2 cadence good too.

I’d go full Warborn + max temper and Bulwark, you will have insane flat phys damage, almost as much as two handed with the added benefit of being a tank. Commando has the most phys damage because of Temper + Bulwark. I know because I made one:D 100-200+K cadence/Blitz critz in crucible

You dind’t have assissin’s mark either. Bout it on cadence and blind fury on blitz and destroy stuff

Edit: last 3 devotion points do wahtever you want with them. Use peerless Eye amulet, put a haunted steel in your warborn weapon<<<Very important

Medal: If you can get your hands on a Badege of Mastery with any combination or dedicated to Warcry, Blitz, Cadence you are boss, if not, MArk of divinity can do well

Cheers. Good shield for warborn=Sigebreaker all the way. + Skills and a huge 20% phy resist. It’s perfect.

Might do similar with my commando, was going to do Zar’s paladin of light. But I prefer tanks builds opposed to dps… unsure
