I have suggested it before but maybe n-th time the charm: change cc-res ranges from 4-12% to 8-12%.
Also I would suggested that resist bonuses should also have 8-12 range (instead of 2-4% and 3-5%), because they were incepted in the olden times when capping resists without stonehide prefix was impossible. Right now capping resists is infinitely easier and having 2-4% aether resistance as a crafting bonus is just pointless.
EDIT: Same goes to hp bonus.

One bonus per smith would also be better… Most of them are useless anyways…
All CC res should be there, physique, armor and perhaps movement speed if it gets a bump…

I think armor/phys have fair values mostly, movement speed could be higher.
