Not long after the House upgrade to Homestead, it stopped being habitable and everyone left the house.
Durability did not got back to 100%
I tried to move it to another place but it stayed in the same state

May need some decorations nearby to boost its desirability. If desirability isn’t kept up then properties will get abandoned.
