Howdy,any1 know if stuff like 20 resistance reduction from judicator stacks with break morale?usualy these flat rr stuff dont stack but break morale is specificaly physical,does it matter?
From my understanding, no. As another example, Rhowan’s Crown is specifically elemental but also does not stack with other flat rr sources, so this would be the same-- flat rr doesn’t stack no matter what, only the highest applies. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

They don’t stack as @Torzini answered. Highest applies and it gets reduced when being applied by skills using Weapon Damage <100%.

btw,if i am using judicator rings,when i attack does it overwrite break morale?or does the highest rr debuff stay up for its duration?
Break morale last full duration, then when it is down, the rings rr continue based on it remaining time from the latest attack
