Hey guys! I have a question (with multiple sub questions) that I hope someone might be able to answer, or at least have some clue. My main question is regarding elemental RR.
Say that you’re a shaman, with wind devil and raging tempest, and you have the viper, arcane bomb and hand of ultos devotions, how deep does the total lightning RR rabbithole go? And, I suppose, if you also grabbed demolitionist for mines and elemental storm … The total obviously because a lot IF they stack.
I do have a feeling already that Viper and Hand of Ultos might not stack, but do they also not stack with raging tempest? All three being % elemental RR.
Elemental storm seems to be a flat ele RR, so I suppose that might stack with one of others? Not that I’m entirely sure how the system works.
Arcane bomb is pure lightning RR and not elemental. Ele RR and lightning RR stacks, yeah?
However, does Arcane Bomb stack with thermite mines?

Now, I know there might be much more to that, seeing as there are probably different types of spells and effects that stack while others don’t, but I wouldn’t know how any of these effects are classified in terms of that. Sorry for the complicated post, and thanks if you bothered to read!
TL;DR how do, for example, the ele + lightning RR effects in the game stack in terms of total lightning RR?
X (for example Manticore, Crown) rr are don’t stack,
-X% (for example Widow, Solael’s Witchblade) rr are stack
X% (for example Viper, Ultos) are don’t stack
at first i was a bit bummed that viper and ultos dont stack with each other… but who cares. thankfully the snake has some offensive ability boost to satisfy the OA whores
