Can someone tell me were these drop or where to buy? I have expansion but have not found them. Any help appreciated need that DA!
The blueprint for runebound topaz just drops randomly. Check your blacksmith if you can craft it. If you can’t, then try farming some more till blueprint drops. Ravager’s eye can be bought in Barrowholm quartermaster when you hit revered in that faction.
What do I need to farm? Random drop from any boss? Also just checked and Igrid does not have ravenger’s eye at Barrowholm.
Ravager’s Eye is an augment, not a component. It’s from the revered tab. For Runebound Topaz, there isn’t a particular boss to farm, just farm anything and everything at a high level, the component BPs and Seal BPs dropped at a steady rate for me.

Maybe if you tried spelling it correctly you’d find it. Ravager’s Eye is a rare augment and all augments are sold by faction quartermasters.
For the Runebound Topaz BP, just kill the hardest monsters you can and you will have the best chance of getting recipes. Or do challenger crucible to 150, I know I got a ton of BPs from that.
Or go and kill the bosses who have a higher drop chance for blueprints?
Challenger 150 is pretty tough for somebody who doesn’t even have the recipe for runebound topaz, but something that’s not is nemesis. Either will work though ofc.
@OP: most plans are easy to find from farming nemesis troves and treasure troves. If your gear is too poor then you can still get the plans on elite instead of ultimate, too. Or, I actually found a few plans when I already had pretty good gear and just started out farming cruciable and did aspirant 100-150 a couple of times.
