Trying to get to Lokarr. I am in Ultimate and have completed Malmouth. Anyway to get the Memento?
Maybe you sold it by accident? If you have than the only way is to get it from another char in Ultimate after defeating Log.
I did have the same problem the amulet showed not up for me (possibly a bug).
To solve it I used grim dawn stash (tool) you can craft it there without problems.
Go to crafting menu search for the amulet and put it in your shared stash problem solved.
Lokarr was a though fight for me but I got him down after several tries. He is not as hard as Ravager but a lot harder than the main story bosses or mad queen.
Happened to me as well , probably something bugged in latest patch
