Sahdina’s Memento only drops on Normal difficulty when finishing Base game. On Ultimate it doesn’t drop after completing the game. NPC dies each game difficulty so this item has to drop. Speed ran the whole Base game thinking I accidentaly sold it on Ultimate on Expert to get the item, but it doesn’t drop (NPC dies third time).

as part of the secret Lokar quest
so strange it’s dropping on Normal at all for you, i’ve never seen that 
(unless you mixed it up with existing inventory), - it only dropping once is normal tho/not meant to drop on elite afaik

Well if it did drop on Ultimate, I didn’t know what it was for and probably just sold it (green). This item should be recoverable, now I need to buy it somewhere or play another single player character to Ultimate level.
This item should only drop from the char when you have the Heart, why its just dropping walking by for the first time entering Ultimate is bad design.

Reason it’s the first item acquired/acquired so early i suspect is because it’s some initial hint in the “quest” line
*i don’t remember the riddle stuff but there was some fun forum thread? discord stuff? with people trying to figure out things back then, where parts of it was very specific centred around that corpse “butt” discovery
If you needed the heart first you’d need some reason (that isn’t a guide) to cause you to backtrack, (i don’t remember if ghost lady gave enough clue to backtrack then)
You can sell the starting inventory salt pouch amulet too; secrets are secrets and puts a tiny bit more of R in the ARPG.
