hi im very new to grim dawn and wanted to try to make a build that i think would be fun for me to play, and i cant decide between committing to primal strike or savagery for default attack procs. which one is more viable long term?
note: what i am currently trying is primal strike into savagery until cd is up
both are viable, Primal Strike is having lower performance than Savagery/“current version of GD primal strike has some additional native weaknesses” compared to Savagery attack/mechanic, but primal strike still have endgame builds existing.
as for Savagery+cooldown Primal Strike that’s also a viable option, main trouble there is just it’s so point intensive in many cases it means shifting those points into passives boosting one or the other more directly is often better. Again, something being better does not mean the other option is not viable.
