I own every Potion Modifier (except Potentis), but Savillis seems weaker than any of the others and doesn’t perform well enough to pick it.
That modifier “only” automatically uses potions, but it has a suspicious values: Activates when Health drops below 30%, and on top of that, it adds 8 second skill recharge (Why? Seriously… WHY?).
Also this auto activating effect is subject to a “once every 20 seconds” limit.
Based on that information, I thought, “The recharge time increases, but does that mean I get a separate opportunity for auto-activation? That would be great!”.
But in reality, that wasn’t the case.
(To be honest, it would be on par with other Potion Modifiers, if that were actually the case)
Activates when threshold that’s completely untrustable as a circuit breaker (below 30% Health), coupled with a suspisious increase of recharge time and the “once every 20 seconds” limit.
Its only deepens my suspicion against Savillis.
(and Savillis not affected by the Vial type container’s Potion Modifier Potency)
Even with its current performance, it might indeed be viable(?) for against sudden deaths caused by Reflected Damage, or for use in kite-style builds.
However, due to its discordant in each values - which make it an untrustable circuit breaker - it is insufficient for those purposes.
Please give Savillis some balancing, that would allow it to stand on equal footing with all the other Potion Modifiers?
