Whenever I get a crossbow via making, buying, or Raider camp, the first people to get them are the Hunters, not the Archers. I think the programming issue is that Hunters will scavenge crossbows from any location, but Archers either defer to Hunters or wait for the crossbows to be stored in a Warehouse or Fletchers Shop.
Is there a way to change that priority? Hunters only grab IF all Archers already have crossbows?

Please also have all barrack workers have prio above tower guards for melee weapons.
