Scaling of PC stats post lvl 94 vs Mobs stats - illusion of progression?

Is it just my self illusion that post lvl 94 your character actually decreases in power due to mobs stats scalling faster than the PC?

I have like 12 max level chars and everytime i get past lvl 94 (the point of gearing to the teeth with prepared stuff) every next level my power decreases aka Nemesis have higher chances to crit. At this stage you could equip BiS and not move an inch in power apart from that single stat point/skill point while my feeling is mobs are getting some signifcant bumps in power by auto-scaling.

Perhaps its imaginary problem however i do actually have tried to stay at lvl94 by dying often when i get enough xp to lvl just to keep mobs dmg at acceptable range in Crucible.

Anyone who is more into the math behind willing to share his view?

That’s because your gear gets technically left behind, even 94 gear because of the 6 level gap to 100.

Enemy stats increase, you can check in grimtools monster section by changing monster levels

Increased OA lets them have better crit chance vs you who will have the same gear and only slightly increased DA, fabius has 2453 OA at 100 which increases to 2608 at 107

I will try to paraphrase my question - any idea if the scaling bonus to OA and DA which MOBs get is equal or higher than the scaling bonus which the player character gets (the bonus to DA/OA every level apart from the mastery/attribute points)?

Each time you level up, you will gain 10 Offensive Ability, 10 Defensive Ability, 1 attribute point which can turn into 0.4 DA/OA

Fabius from level 1 to level 2 gains 22 OA and 21 DA and has around 2453 OA & 2254 DA at 100, atleast 20 average DA & OA per level

Base level up stat seems to be double for monsters
