Either that or change the Cadence mod to “% reduced” instead of flat. Everyone’s taking elemental storm with it anyway.

I played it and it isn’t that bad as you might think. Not a fast crucible cleaner for sure but for SR it is completely OK.
That would effect Witchblade as well. Battlemage needs RR help. I would leave flat RR on Cadence as is and add % reduced resistance to IEE.

Witchblade is much stronger but it’s still a low-tier build. Extra rr would not break the game.
Yes and you would not have to take it and could take something else instead of it. And there could be something like 50 % reduced target resistances on IEE just for the Battlemage. I think they are fine but I don’t need builds to do sub 6 min Crucible.
