Scion of the Screaming Veil - suggested change in patch notes cannot be seen ingame

Hi Devs!

Based on 1.2.1.3. patch notes Scion of the Screaming Veil should have 100% vit to aether conversion. In game stats of the weapon does not reflect this.

Patch notes have been corrected to remove this erroneous playtest change that did not make it live.
