Scroll function on mouse scrolls all open windows regardless of cursor position

Hello,

Maybe not a bug but somewhat annoying: when I have the quest/log/help window and the character window open and I scroll down in the help window, the detail character stats on the right (if visible) scroll down as well.

V. 1.2.1.0.
