Can anyone confirm if Seal Of Annihilation’s skill is working properly or not? I was not able to activate or see it in action

What?! it is a debuff and thus monster gets icon over its head xD
Well, I thought buffs/debuffs both shown over player healthbar. I don’t remember anywhere in the game it being mentioned and explained
You need explanations for everything it seems. Just play the game and learn it.
Debuffs that are on YOU are shown yes, but not the ones you are applying to monsters.

This is more of a common sense thing, which mostly doesnt need to be explained- Why would a debuff icon show up on you? Its not affecting you. But i guess i could see how one might question it. Did you try looking up the in-game help glossary? I think this can be accessed from the tab that shows your quests, and the shrines youve discovered so far.
Correction, to be more specific- why would an icon for a debuff on an ENEMY show up on you? Its not affecting you… Is what I should have written.
Game should also explain who is an enemy. They do attack you, but it should be EXPLAINED in high quality games.

lol. Thats true! After all, some NPCs have been known to turn into enemies for no reason, which really pissed me off. This one time i was just clicking through dialogue with this Angrim. What a jerk, this guy! You know its a quest, so im trying to complete it- so i just want to get through the dialogue ASAP, im not going to actually READ it, and what happens? He ATTACKS ME and KILLS ME …THE GAME WAS ON VETERAN DIFFICULTY TOO! And you know what that means yeah everything is way too hard!
SO I DIED!
Keep your pets close and your NPCs, or enemies, closer!!!

Reason could be that you were not in the same party. If you were then verify your game files - both of you. If it keeps happening often / always, then submit a bug report.
