Search for build based on the items I have

Hello, I´m new in the game. I just have one lvl 100:

I´ve found some mythical legendaries and I wanted to know if there is an easy way to look for builds based on what I have other than looking for everyitem in google pressing alt tab all the time.
I also want some help with this: the character that I´ve shown is lvl 100 and those are the best items I could get based on this guide:

But I can´t get any more good items because the character does not resist The Steps of Torments in ultimate or too much in crucible. How can I improve from where I am?

Items and sets have partly been tagged (see Tags) - especially for build guides. The advanced search has an option to search for multiple tags.

And you can filter https://www.grimtools.com/builds/ by items.

Here’s also a spreadsheet with a lot of builds and their items GrimSheet-DiM - Google Sheets by @Melina. You can Ctrl + F to search for an item.
