Does anybody know if “Seismic blast” (unmovable prefix or something like that) can be applied to any shield via crafting?
I love the effect. I once got trample believing that was it but the Trample effects looks quite meh in comparison. I am not saying Trample is bad per se but I prefer the effect provided by Seismic blast. I guess there isn’t any constellation providing this either.
I think it cannot be done but I may be mistaken.
