I want to highlight a problem that has been brought back in the past but not yet solved.
There are some MIs that can drop only from yellow enemies, example Groble Stone Effigy
This is a problem because the chance the item drops with at least one rare affix is really really low (i have tested that in the past, the first single rare item dropped after seeing 100 drops without any rare affix). And this makes farming this item in order to get one desired rare affix a huge waste of time. If a MI drop from a hero+, like the majority of MIs, the chance of getting a rare affix is way higher and farming it it’s more fair.
The fact that there are MIs that don’t drop from heroes seem like a discrepancy and an oversight to me. For example why the Stone Effigy (and the Ember one) doesn’t drop from heroes while the other Effigies can drop from them (like the Sky one)?
I’d remove this disparity and make these MIs drop also from heroes, or make the chance of getting a rare affix way higher.
