I hit revered status with Kymon’s Chosen (Veteran, Hardcore) (with a writ applied, if that’s relevant). I hit revered by killing some normal Ch’thonic enemies. Despite this, both the in-game achievement and the Xbox achievement showed as locked. Other achievements have unlocked normally.
Update - I’ve also just crafted my first Transcendent Relic and that achievement also isn’t working.
