Does anyone know at what shard level the shattered Realm set is sold? Do you need to go to a specific shard level or beat several shards in succession?
For me at SR 25, 35, 45 and 65 he only sells potions.
Or alternatively the vendor could just bugged in my game or for everyone. It would be good to know in any case.
I bought the armor today (Friday) for the second time. On both characters, it became available at the end of Shard 25. I assume you mean the vendor next to the coffins when you exit the shards and claim your treasure, right ?
Maybe you need to look at another page in his inventory - it is on a different page than the potions.
I also experienced this issue (with patch 1.1.2.3 in steam). The other pages are greyed out and cannot be opened.

Same here. I thought this was no death related or shard level. He only sells potions and every tab is grey and can’t be accessed.
Steam version also.
This thread need to be moved out to bug section.
Another hotfix is needed.
