hey , i want to know if some one know’s where to farm set shepherd of lost souls i cant find any pieces of that set thou 
As far as I can tell, they’re random drops. If you have the blueprint for the Mask of Lost Souls, you can craft and transmute them to get the set.

Yes, you’re correct.
Now if you don’t have the helmet recipe is problem. Good place to farm for recipes is Crucible, even doing 130-150. In campaign if you have Nemesis status with undead, just playing SoT you have 3 different opportunities to find recipes- Moosie, Alkamos and the chests in the locked room.

i dont understand the part craft & transmute them to get the set
After you do a quest in Forgotten Gods to retrieve a Tome around the Sunbane Oasis, you unlock the ability to transmute set items at Inventors.
What you can do with this is craft 3 extra Lost Souls headgear, then take them to an Inventor and use some bits/materials to turn them into the other pieces of the set at random.
