Playing version 0.9.5 on Windows 11. Ever since the update, my Clothes and Shoes fulfillment steadily ticks down, and despite getting below 80% my villagers do not seem to be going to get shoes or clothes in the stockpile or from the crafting building. Even when I clear out all harvesting tasks, and laborers are sitting idle, they do not go and get shoes to increase the fulfillment rating.
Despite the low %s, a cursory inspection of most of my villagers indicates they already have shoes and/or clothes in their inventory, which suggests the % is a display issue rather than a priorities problem.
I’ve never previously encountered this issue.
Have seen this across multiple playthroughs and restarting/reloading does not clear the issue. screenshots attached, was unable to upload my save file because it just says “there was an error uploading.”
Yes, as near as I can tell. I was checking kids and new arrivals too just to be sure.
It’s kind of odd that they’re pissed about their shoes falling apart, and it’s objectively and mathematically bringing the mood of the entire town down (unless it’s not), and they’re like “I’m pissed that my shoes are falling apart, but dammit, I’m going to wear these things to ribbons before I get a new pair.”
Maybe it’s an edge case and not a huge issue but it’d be kind of hilarious if they were already pissed enough at other things to start drunken fights or something.
Like, just get some new Converse, people, we’re practically giving them away anyway.
I have also this issue but more that i have plenty of surplus of clothes and shoes. But they dont get in time new stuff so in the winter a few dies because of freezing.
Are you really pretending not to know? This is because statistics show that children who cannot get shoes and clothes are caught in statistics. I just didn’t say it until now because it’s early access.
