@Gnomish_Inquisition reports it’s alright but then why it’s red in the build below?
I noticed this on the Top 20 build below and at least for me it doesn’t look right.
I’d prefer if it were Pierce / blue looking rather than the same as 12. Demonslayer Reaper/Dervish/Witch Hunter Vit PB which is also in Top 20

just checked tq, my cold PB is blue - and i get no red blades on just base transmuter at all even without cold items
I tested by I had some old build of the game I think.
The question is then - why it’s red in Nofika’s build?
vid recorded on older 1.6 version during ptr perhaps?

bleed modifier Tq, Z probably added red fx to the pistol because of that
It’s red on my Pierce Infiltrator as well (though I’m not using Frenetic Throw).
what items with mods to PB you have?

unequip pistol and PB goes back to grey
What would you guys want? It’s not very important for me.
Imo blue / grey knives can also make you bleed, whereas only Vit based should be truly red 
But again, I care more about Harra, Spite, SSF etc so it’s not a biggy for me.

There’s the one I’m using. It’s not finished, but it’s definitely Pierce in game. Not Vitality.
Rimetongue feels blue to me as well but it’s just me.
pierce lazor is purple-ish grey, i like that.
Another reason why Bleeding on PB shouldn’t change it color imo is because it’s a very small part of the damage since it doesn’t scale with the number of projectiles or casting speed / number of shots. Aside from Crit chance but that’s very limited. The piercing part is the real deal. In contrast to Bleeding on Blade Spirits which scales with their number.
Got baited by a nasty gnome. I remember Pierce AAR being more toned down / blueish purple too. Maybe it’s Post Processing option or maybe I remember wrong.
